Shadrack "Shade" or "Shad" Carney (Jr.) (Shadrach "Shary"2, John1), born 29 May 1870; died 6 Jun 1933; buried in Immanuel Union United Methodist Church (Manship) Cemetery (Manship), Bishop's Corner, Kent, Delaware. He married Mariah "Minnie" Durham, born 27 May 1873; died 7 Nov 1921; buried in Immanuel Union United Methodist (Manship) Cemetery, Bishop's Corner, Kent, Delaware, daughter of Benjamin Durham (Farmer) and Sarah "Sally" Ann Handsor/Hansley.

Children of Shadrack "Shade" or "Shad" Carney (Jr.) and Mariah "Minnie" Durham were as follows:

1.  Elizabeth Carney. She married Calvin Seeney, son of James Seeney and Laura Ridgeway.
2.  Alberta Carney, born 18 Aug 1893; died 13 Jun 1951; buried in Fork Branch Cemetery, Dover, Kent, Delaware.
               She married Joseph Hamilton Mosley.
3.  George "Mike" Carney, born 4 Jun 1907; died 22 Dec 1995 in Dover, Kent, Delaware; buried in Immanuel Union United
               Methodist Church (Manship) Cemetery, Bishop's Corner, Kent, Delaware. He married Lucy Carney.
4.  Goldie Carney, born 9 Sep 1902; died 10 Nov 1976; buried in Immanuel Union United Methodist Church
               (Manship) Cemetery, Bishop's Corner, Kent, Delaware. He married (1) Edna Mae Carney; (2) Agnes Marie Carney.
5.  Dorothy Carney, born abt 1916 in Smyrna, Kent, Delaware; died 6 Feb 1991 in Camden, New Jersey;
                buried 9 Feb 1991 in Olivet Methodist Cemetery, Olivet, New Jersey. She married Horace Carney (Jr.).
6.  Raymond Carney. He married Linda Coombs, daughter of (---) Coombs.
7.  William Carney. Died in his 30's
8.  Leroy Carney, died 6 Sep 1920, buried in Delaware.

9.  Mary E. Carney, born 1905; died 1946; buried in Immanuel Union United Methodist Church (Manship) Cemetery,
                Bishop's Corner, Kent, Delaware. She married Linwood Coombs, born 1903; died 1965; buried in Immanuel
                Union United Methodist Church (Manship) Cemetery, Bishop's Corner, Kent, Delaware, son of (---) Coombs.
10. Minnie Carney, born abt 1917; died 7 Nov 1921.
11. Helen Carney. She married (---) Durham.
