They are younger then Aunt Ethel Sammons (who was born in 1908). (Mae thought that the
2nd person from the left, back row, was Ethel Sammons who married
Robert James Carney Jr. )

...Ms. Dunning's class: My husband Raymond Ridgeway, Jr., was in this class. He has named all of them for me except for the girl between his sister Sadie and Gloria Carney. He thinks she is either Maude Mae Carter or one of the other Saunder girl's sister. This was Mrs. Mary E. Mosley, Dunning.
